VIPG Finance provides office and business support services, including administrative support, customer service, and other operational assistance. Services will be delivered in accordance with the terms specified in any agreements or contracts between VIPG Finance and the client.

By engaging with VIPG Finance, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for the delivery of our services.

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees: Service fees will be specified in your agreement or invoice. Fees may vary based on the type and duration of the service provided.

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the terms set forth in the agreement or invoice. VIPG Finance reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Confidentiality

Both VIPG Finance and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the provision of services. We will not disclose personal or business information without consent, except as required by law.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

VIPG Finance strives to deliver quality services but cannot guarantee specific results. VIPG Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The maximum liability, in any case, will not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice. VIPG Finance reserves the right to terminate services immediately for any breach of these terms by the client. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used or created by VIPG Finance in providing services remain the intellectual property of VIPG Finance. The client is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials without permission.

9. Amendments

VIPG Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
